For problems with HP hardware you can also call upon the support services of HP. This can be useful in following cases :
- It is obviously a hardware problem and you have the skills to perform some diagnoses, which the HP support services will ask you to do, before they will send an engineer on the spot.
- The hardware is covered by a warranty, HP Carepack (for example 24×7) and you have not signed in on the 24×7 support of SAVACO.
