How do we communicate?
The communication goes by phone or by e-mail, and in a very few cases by fax. In reality the problem is solved a lot faster when we have access to your infrastructure via remote support.
SAVACO also works with shared desktop, this is when our support engineers take over the control of your system, after you have given us permission to do so. For this we use the web-based Citrix GoToAssist. The communication goes through internet on a totally secured way.
