How much does it cost?

The performances for telephonic support are normally charged per incident and per beginning 15 minutes. At the end of each quarter we give you an overview and an invoice of the delivered performances. Of course you will not receive an invoice if you don’t use our telephonic support . In other words you don’t pay for the availability of our support engineers.

If you wish, we can also work with a monthly fixed amount . At the beginning of a new contractual period of assistance (normally this is after a year) it’s possible to review the fixed price for the coming period, this in function of the actual use of the support in the passed period of assistance.
