A network infrastructure tailored to the needs of a growing SME: Van Reybrouck chooses HPE Aruba

To make the new office building a pleasant place to work, it is essential to have a reliable wireless network that allows employees to work from anywhere. That is why Van Reybrouck opted for a completely new wireless network based on HPE Aruba technology.

To roll out the new wifi network, Van Reybrouck turned to Savaco, with whom the company has been working closely for several years. To determine what the network should look like, Savaco started by scanning the building. This provided answers to questions such as: where is the current wifi inadequate, where should access points be installed, etc.? Based on this, the network was fully rolled out during the renovation work at the Van Reybrouck office. Today, the new network is fully operational and, just like the renovated building, is ready for further growth at Van Reybrouck.

As a partner, Vincent is primarily involved in the business. IT is an additional task that he takes on his shoulders. For Van Reybrouck, it is therefore very important that an IT partner actively thinks along and can provide advice when designing the IT strategy. "A few years ago, we felt the need for a new IT partner who could help us think and who could take care of our IT concerns, so that we could focus on taking care of our own customers. We found such a partner in Savaco," says Vincent. Since then, Savaco has been supporting Van Reybrouck with advice and assistance during every phase of their IT modernisation: from the introduction of a cloud platform to increasing their security and the recent renewal of the wifi network. 

"We have daily contact with the Savaco Service Desk to quickly resolve minor IT issues. In addition, we regularly have discussions in which we further develop our IT roadmap together with Savaco. Our collaboration with Savaco has been running very smoothly for several years now,’ Vincent adds. ‘In the future, there will undoubtedly be new hurdles on our path in the IT field, and with Savaco we have an important partner on board to overcome them in the right way."
